How to Use: - Start by ensuring that the cap is tightly closed. - Flip the lid open and squeeze the bottle to dispense the liquid into the cap. The mouthwash should reach the line in the cap which indicates the correct dosage (20ml). - Do not dilute the liquid. Pour the mouthwash directly into your mouth. - Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds and then spit it out. - Do not swallow the rinse. - It's recommended to use the product twice daily after brushing for best results.
